1. How will I receive my license after purchase? Your license is sent by email after payment validation. You receive the activation key, the download link, and installation instructions.

2. How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation. Also check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within minutes of your purchase.

3. Do you offer postal shipping? No, all our licenses are digital. You receive everything you need directly by email — no physical media is shipped.

4. Do you offer discounts for businesses or bulk purchases? Yes, discounts may be offered depending on the volume of licenses ordered. Contact us at hello@licence24.ch for a personalized quote.

5. Are your licenses authentic and compliant? Yes. The licenses offered on Licence24.ch are verified digital licenses, allowing software activation via the publisher’s servers. Each product is carefully selected from specialized suppliers in Europe to ensure proper functioning and easy installation. All licenses come with the necessary elements for use (activation key, download link, and installation guide). Licence24.ch is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the software publishers mentioned on the site. The brands cited belong to their respective owners.

6. What type of license will I receive? You receive a perpetual digital license — this is a one-time purchase with no monthly or annual subscription. The license is tied to your device and remains valid indefinitely. It allows you to use the software indefinitely, even without an internet connection once installed.

7. How long is my license valid? All licenses offered on Licence24.ch are perpetual licenses — a one-time purchase with no monthly or annual subscription. Once activated, your license remains valid indefinitely.

8. Can I reinstall my software if I change computers? Yes. In most cases, your license can be transferred to a new device, in accordance with the software’s terms of use. Our support is available to assist you with this process.

9. Can I use these licenses in a professional setting? Yes, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some editions are specifically designed for personal use (e.g., Office Home and Student), while others allow commercial use. Check the information provided on each product page.

10. Do I need physical support (CD/DVD)? No. All our licenses are digital. You download the software from the publisher’s servers using the link provided in your delivery email.

11. How do I activate my license after receipt? After receiving your email, follow the provided installation guide. Online activation is done via the publisher’s servers during the first installation. If you have any difficulties, our support is available 7 days a week.

Please provide your order number and, if possible, a screenshot of the error encountered to speed up the resolution.

16. Do you offer after-sales service? Yes, our team is available after purchase to assist you in case of technical difficulties, questions about software use, or any other needs related to your order.

⚠️ Warranty and refund

17. Can I get a refund? In accordance with Swiss law applicable to digital content, and notably the Federal Consumer Protection Act as well as the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products whose execution has already begun with the explicit consent of the consumer.

By placing an order on Licence24.ch and accepting immediate delivery of your license key, you expressly agree that the contract execution begins without delay. The delivery of the activation key constitutes contract execution.

However, we intervene in the following situations:

Technical difficulty during installation If you encounter a problem during the installation or configuration of your software, contact our support within 24 hours of receipt by providing a screenshot of the error encountered. We commit to offering you:

No solution found If no satisfactory solution can be provided after verification, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Cancellation before delivery If you wish to cancel your order before the key is sent, contact us immediately at hello@licence24.ch. A full refund will be issued if the key has not yet been sent.

⚠️ Important: Licenses that have already been delivered, activated, or are functional cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to digital content in Switzerland.
