Licence24 offers only digital products, which means no shipping charges apply: all licenses are sent by e-mail. It is therefore essential that you provide a valid and correct e-mail address when placing your order or through your customer area.
In most cases, the license is delivered automatically and instantly after payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For certain specific products, the delivery time may be up to 24 hours maximum. The estimated time is always indicated on each item's page.
Your licenses are also accessible at any time in the “My Licenses” section of your customer account on our site.
We do not offer any physical support (CD, DVD, USB key): all deliveries are exclusively digital.
