Article 2 - Types of data collected on our Site

The Data we collect and subsequently process are those you voluntarily provide by completing the forms on the Site. For certain operations, especially during payments, you may be required to transmit information about yourself to third-party providers via their own services. We do not have direct access to this payment data; its collection and processing are governed by the specific terms of these providers. The collection of Users' Personal Data by Licence24 - Aliu is not subject to a specific declaration to a data protection authority such as the French CNIL, being a company based in Switzerland and complying with the Swiss LPD and the GDPR.

The controller of your Personal Data processing is the sole proprietorship Licence24 - Aliu, whose registered office is located at: Chemin François-Lehmann 28, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland.


Article 4 - Purposes of Data Collection

Licence24 - Aliu may collect and process its Users' Data in order to:
