📦 Order and Delivery

1. How will I receive my license after purchase?
Your license is sent by email after payment validation. You receive the activation key, the download link, and installation instructions.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
The license is sent immediately after purchase. 

3. Do you offer postal shipping?
No, all our licenses are digital. You receive everything you need directly by email. Only our bootable USB keys are sent by Swiss Post.

4. Do you offer discounts for businesses or volume purchases?
Yes, discounts may be offered depending on the volume of licenses ordered. Contact us for a personalized quote.


🔑 Licenses and Activation

5. Are your licenses official and legal?
Yes. All our licenses are authentic, official, and comply with legal requirements. We work exclusively with authorized partners.

6. How long is my license valid?
It depends on the product purchased. Some licenses are lifetime (perpetual), others are valid for 1 year (subscription). The information is indicated on each product page.

7. Can I reinstall my software if I change computers?
Yes. As long as your license is valid and you comply with the terms of use, you can reinstall your software.

8. Can I use these licenses in a professional setting?
Absolutely. Our licenses are suitable for both individuals and businesses.

9. Do I need physical support (CD/DVD)?
No. All our licenses are dematerialized. You download the software directly from the publisher's official servers.

10. Do licenses activate online or by phone?
All our licenses activate 100% online.

11. Why are your prices so advantageous?
We work with official partners and distributors who allow us to offer licenses from surplus stock, unused licenses, or discounted distribution programs. This enables us to offer you very competitive prices while guaranteeing authentic, legal, and verifiable licenses.

12. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Twint, Apple Pay, and other secure payment solutions.

 

13. Is the payment secure?
Yes, all payments go through encrypted and secure systems (SSL). Your data is protected.

14. What should I do if I encounter a problem during installation?
Our customer support is available 7 days a week. Contact us at hello@licence24.ch or via chat for quick assistance.

 

15. Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes, we offer a responsive after-sales service to support you after purchase and in case of technical difficulties.


⚠️ Warranty and refund

16. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our licenses are guaranteed active and functional. In case of a problem, we intervene immediately.

 

17. Can I be refunded?

Given the dematerialized nature of our digital products, the right of withdrawal provided by the regulations on digital content does not automatically apply once the activation key has been transmitted to the customer.

By accepting the immediate delivery of your key, you agree that the contract execution begins without delay.

As part of our commercial warranty “30-Day Return Right”, we offer you the possibility to request a refund or exchange in the following situations:

Immediate cancellation after purchase

If the cancellation request is made immediately after the order, before the license key is sent or activated, a full refund will be granted.

Non-functional license

In case of malfunction or activation error, the customer must provide a clear screenshot of the error message within 24 hours of receiving the key.
Our team is committed to providing a quick solution, either by:

💬 or personalized technical support to resolve the issue.

No solution found

If no satisfactory solution can be provided after verification, a full refund will be made in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see Article 10).

⚠️ Important:
Licenses that have already been sent, activated, or functional cannot be returned or refunded.

This commercial warranty is offered as a gesture of trust towards our customers, beyond legal obligations.
