Under our commercial guarantee “30-Day Return Right”, we nevertheless offer you the possibility to request a refund or exchange in the following situations:
If the cancellation request is made immediately after the order, before the license key is sent or activated, a full refund will be granted.
In case of malfunction or activation error, the customer must provide a clear screenshot of the error message within 24 hours of receiving the key.
